Alec has always been an incredibly hard worker at anything he applies himself to. As soon as he set his eyes on baseball his desire to grow as a ball player have propelled him to the heights he has reached today. Not only has he been on the pursuit of a constant improvement on the field this young mans character is well beyond his years as he is very mature for someone his age.

His strong arm and high baseball IQ have allowed him to really hone in on his skills not only as a pitcher but in the outfield where he has also seen some play time. As his junior year comes to a close we see Alec really evolve as he starts to develop his baseball skills even more.
