Personal Profile

Personal Statement:

I was born and raised in Miami and I am proud of my Cuban and Puerto Rican heritage. I am athletic and competitive and have been playing sports since I was 4 years old.  Once I realized that baseball was my passion, I have been focused on developing as a player and improving my skills so that I can give 100% to my team.  I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to play with great coaches and great teammates that push each other to become better players and with parents and family that support and encourage my dream of playing ball in college and beyond.

  I am a dedicated athlete that is willing to put in the necessary hours of practice to improve my skills.  I am coachable and very focused on doing the hard work required to play at a highly competitive level.  I am a well-rounded student that has the proven ability to balance demanding academics, sports, extracurricular activities and volunteer work.  I am also a fun-loving guy that enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, watching movies and discovering cool music from emerging DJs.
