Personal Profile

Personal Statement:

Ever since I can remember, I have been playing baseball. Lucky enough, I come from a baseball family. My father has not only been my biggest fan but has supported me and taught me everything he knows. My love and passion for the sport grew throughout the years as I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to play for many great travel teams and attend multiple tournaments. I played regularly from the age of 4 until I joined my first travel team at the age of 8. With that team, we enjoyed winning the Cal Ripken Tournament & when I was 12, I was invited to Cooperstown.

I had always played outfield & first base until I was given the opportunity to play in a league led by El Duque Hernandez, in which he also discovered my talent in pitching at the age of 14. Ever since then, I have trained hard in all areas of the game. In freshman year of high school- I was awarded MVP for the JV Team & have been part of the Varsity team all four years. I am confident my passion & skills make me a great asset to any team. Coaches can trust in my abilities to withstand crucial situations, my concentration & my team motivation.

I am blessed with the support of my family and friends. I look forward to a great senior year and receiving the opportunity to play baseball throughout college.
