Tyus Beach is a young man who has loved the game of baseball since a very young age. Tyus is currently residing in Alto, Michigan, where he attends East Kentwood High School. Tyus is focused on his academics and baseball. He understands that nothing great comes easy and is willing to work as much as he needs to so he can reach his ultimate goals.

Tyus is extremely dedicated to everything he sets his mind too. That dedication will take him far in the future. Tyus is mentally capable of handling any kind of adversity. He feeds of adversity which has made him a very strong individual.

Currently a 2017 graduate, Tyus is focusing on making the Junior Varsity and Varsity baseball squads in his school. He has more than 8 years of travel baseball under his belt and also trains year-round his in his father’s indoor training facility. Tyus is a very active individual; he loves to stay busy , occupied and is easily motivated.

After working out on the baseball field and strength training, Tyus enjoys spending time with his numerous friends and also with his close knit family. He can often be found hanging out with his friends and going to the movie theatre.

Tyus currently works for “Spring Training Indoor Sports Center “. His objectives range from assisting kids with their baseball skills and helping with general maintenance around the facility. Tyus is also Umpire-trained and actually has umpired several games. It is evident that Tyus is very ambitious and interested in the world of baseball. He will be a very important athlete to monitor in the upcoming years!

Athletic Information

Tyus Beach is working his way to being a rising star at East Kentwood High School. Tyus has been dedicated to being the best baseball player he can be. His accomplishments in life have made him realize that with hard work and dedication, he can be a great prospect for the college level baseball programs.

Daily workouts and strength training programs are very important to Tyus. He strongly believes these workouts are making him a durable baseball athlete, both mentally and physically. Tyus can be found 4 days a week working on his strength and endurance.

Tyus has been a member of great baseball events throughout his years. He loves to talk about his experiences in those teams because that’s what has made him the intelligent and mature individual he is today. Tyus has won the “King of Swat Champion” award at Coopers town. He also hit the 2nd most home runs in the history of the event.

As for his travel teams, Tyus has been the starting catcher for many competitive teams. He was the starting catcher for “Backyard Dreams” which finished as the runner-up at the baseball nationals. He was also the starting catcher for “Little Cesar’s” which became Michigan State Champs and ranked #3 nationally. “Little Cesar’s” played in the ESPN Disney World Series in Orlando FL.

Tyus is already making a name for himself, and he still has a lot of room for improvement. He has the determination and work ethic needed to be a key part of a competitive college baseball program!

Academic Information

Tyus Beach has a constant 3.52 GPA thus far in high school. At this time, Tyus is already tutoring and taking specific prep courses to obtain a high SAT score. All of his teachers agree that he his a very studious student.

Tyus is currently undecided on his major. He is still in the process of finding what subject catches his attention the most. He believes that once he finds a subject that catches his interest, he will be able to decided in a career path to take in college.

A top priority in Tyus’s list is his education. Tyus understands the importance of getting into a great college and the benefits that it will bring to him later in his adult life. It is certain that Tyus is determined to finish his high school career strong with the highest GPA possible. Tyus is looking into taking several Honor and AP courses to take during his time in high school.

Tyus is very focused in getting a good education from a well respected college. He never gives up and has a mature demeanor. Tyus will not have a problem academically. His work ethic is extraordinary and that is important for a bright future.
