Joseph has proven that the only thing that grows as fast as his skill in baseball is his desire to get better. His eyes are set on the future as he focuses on bettering himself with every single day that passes. His drive and focus are remarkable for someone his age as his determination is not limited solely to the diamond as he is an active member of his community and is a very family oriented individual. This young man is rapidly evolving as an individual and will grow up to be a remarkable human being.
Personal Statement: I am a young man on a mission, trying to fulfill my dreams one step at a time. I set high bars on myself and I plan on achieving all goals I set for myself on or off the field. I am very humbled but I love to compete and overcome challenges and obstacles. I don’t believe in quitting and I work hard no matter the circumstance. I believe there’s always room for improvement and I love what I do. I will never settle with just good enough.
